Section 33 of the BCEA requires certain payslip information when you pay wages. This generator lays out employer and employee identifiers, pay period, earnings, statutory deductions, and net pay in a single A4 PDF suitable for domestic workers, small shops, and startups without a full HRIS.
Optional PAYE, UIF, and SDL lines draw on versioned ZA config when you enable automatic modes. Domestic-worker presets simplify common hourly arrangements without collecting full identity numbers by default.
An employee earns R18,000.00 basic salary with R1,200.00 transport allowance and R500.00 medical aid employee contribution. PAYE might show R2,450.00 depending on the active tables and age rebates; UIF employee at 1% caps near R177.12 on the contribution base.
Net pay lands around R16,072.88 before you add employer-only levies on the payslip footnotes. Cross-check SDL if your payroll exceeds the liability threshold—config flags remind you but do not calculate payroll tax outside PAYE/UIF unless enabled.
Payroll bureaus often supply exact PAYE from their engine. You can type those figures manually while still using the layout for BCEA-compliant presentation. Auto mode is best for rough previews, not final filing without bureau sign-off.
Leave balances and overtime rules from sectoral determinations are not automated here. Attach your own policy PDF if staff need rate explanations.
Payslips may be handed over physically or emailed by you—the site does not email employees. Local draft recovery helps if the browser closes mid-capture during month-end rush.
Because processing is client-side, wage data stays on the device during editing. Wipe fdk.* storage on shared PCs after printing.
Figures should reconcile to your EMP201 and IRP5 submissions, but this tool does not transmit to SARS. Keep reconciliations between PDF net pay and bank files in your accounting package.
